The Division is responsible for all administrative issues related to the planning, organizing and directing of Support Services and oversees all fiscal and administrative business functions, including but not limited to, project funding control, job order administration, contract administration accounting, purchasing, operational budget formulation and execution, fixed asset inventory control and personnel administration.  Support Services Business Operations serves as the control point for coordination between Support Services, the Department and other State agencies for the formulation, preparation and submission of the Department's Capital Budget and annual Repair and Renovation Budget; and documenting, processing and maintaining management information and data analysis for the preparation of various agency and organizational reports. DAC uses the Merit-Based Recruitment and Selection Plan to fill positions subject to the State Human Resources Act with the most qualified individuals.
