ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ celebrating National Transfer Week
ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½â€™s Office of Admissions and the Transfer Credit team are delighted to take part in the national celebration of transfer students.
On Tuesday, Oct. 22, the ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Transfer Credit team is hosting a . We'll be sharing insights about how best to support transfer students during their transition to ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½. We'll also cover ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ transfer policies and practices, as well as the roles that staff, faculty, deans and committees have in the transfer credit process. This session is a part of National Transfer Week.
Transfer Week is a country-wide initiative led by the National Institute for the Study of Transfer Students to celebrate the transfer students who enrich campuses across the country with their experiences and knowledge as non-traditional students. We're excited to celebrate ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½'s transfer students!
Transfer Credit is also hosting a series of in-person and online events for ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ transfer students. We’re getting current transfer students together to chat over free coffee and donuts, then later in the week will be giving away ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ swag while students enjoy lemonade and cookies.
