Wellness program deadline, biometric screenings

The wellness program deadline is Monday, April 30. All program requirements must be completed by this date to receive the FY19 wellness rebate. Part of the wellness rebate program includes betting a biometric screening. The last two screenings on the Fairbanks campus are March 5 and 6.

FY19 wellness rebate payout change
In FY19, the wellness rebate will be distributed as a lump-sum payment! Employees and spouses/FIPs who complete the wellness program requirements by
April 30, 2018, will get their rebate as a lump sum in November.
