The Nanook Rendezvous reunion kicks off Thursday, July 20, with a sumptuous gourmet picnic, complete with wine, in the Georgeson Botanical Garden, and continues throughout that weekend. Shankar Vedantam is a science correspondent with National Public Radio, host of the podcast "Hidden Brain" and author of the 2010 book of the same name. Vedantam鈥檚 work focuses on unconscious prejudice and how it affects everything from how people fall in love to how nations go to war. Seating is limited to 1,200. Please arrive early.
