In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the أغجزµ¼؛½ Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all أغجزµ¼؛½ facilities:
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Chief of Police and Officers
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following أغجزµ¼؛½ campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Bristol Bay Campus Director
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Chukchi Campus Director
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Kuskokwim Campus Director
- أغجزµ¼؛½ Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by أغجزµ¼؛½ in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
