ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Trespass Delegation
In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ facilities:
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Chief of Police and Officers
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Bristol Bay Campus Director
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Chukchi Campus Director
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Kuskokwim Campus Director
- ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
